How's everyone New Year going? I know mine has taken an interesting turn already o.O Found out Mabi's under lockdown for malicious activity. So glad I just gave up on that game =P The forums are like a riot, and I just find it so crazy...

But yeah! That's my New Year so far Planning to start writing out a script now for my Senior One-Act in school.

What happened? A whole game getting taken down means something really bad =/

Anyways, on the twelth hour of this fine day, I was sentenced to drive all the way to Sallisaw and back to get pizza. -_-

I know it's pizza, but I really didn't wanna drive for 20 minutes. Well, I did break my highest driving speed, which was 85mph and is now 95mph.

Long story short, hackers and dupers have been messing up the mabi-conomy, as well as hacking people and screwing up the game. People think a rollback is most likely to ensue, which means I might get back my HLB? Har har? But in all seriousness, I could honestly not care about Mabi at this point after seeing how some people show how obsessive they are to it on the forums I've scrolled through recently. If Mabinogi gets shut down, great. Mabinogi died a long time ago if you ask me.

Though, I do feel a little upset for the ones who do matter in that MMO. But who knows what's to come out of Mabinogi. Here's a link to the post made by a nexon employee on the maintenance. [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

In other news...I found out about a new FE game! Makes me possibly want a 3DS just for it, even if I am in college by the time it comes out! Here's a video~

Hackers and dupers raid every game, but this is the first I heard of a game getting a plug pull because of it.

If Nexon keeps getting a good amount of cash (which I'm sure they are) then the game shouldn't get a permanent shut down. If it did, someone else would probably grab it and try to get money out of it themselves.

So far, I want the 3DS for Dream Drop Distance and Devil Survivor: Overclocked. The gang from TWEWY is gonna show up in DDD, which makes me want it more *loves TWEWY*

But on the "malicious actions" thing according to the nexon site, apparently some accounts got locked out and like I said, game getting uber screwed up and all :S

But so far, I don't really have much reason for a 3DS unless there's a huge price drop on it (how much is it going for now?) other than that FE game (if it ever comes out to US...) and the non-existant Megaman Legends 3 (curse you Capcom...!)... Eesh, just looked through some other titles that are coming soon, and I just can't find anything that catches my eye that's not a port. Oh, Kingdom Hearts 3D I suppose, but I'm losing faith in the series just a wee bit. Feels like it's dragged on for too long, but that's just me. It's mostly since you need to have a PS2, a PSP, a GBA, a DS, a 3DS, and most likely a PS3 in order to keep up with the series on your own. I swear, that's what mostly puts me off about the series. But past that, I still love it. :3

It's about $160 now, I think, after a big price drop. Anyone who bought it before then gets a whole bunch of older games, like GBA and such. Ambassador's Program, I think it's called.

The only KH game I have no interest in is Coded. I then have Re:CoM, but I'm having a hard time playing it just because of the battle system; it's just not sticking in my head very well. But, yeah, I looked at Coded and it just don't interest me. KH 3D I'm excited for because of the new worlds they're using, like the Hunchback of Notre Dame, Three Musketeers, and then of course characters from TWEWY (which I'm seeing more of on the Gaia forums just because of their appearance). Oh, and then I see the latest trailer and I'm wondering how some of the Birth By Sleep villains are fitting in, and then Axel springs up.

I don't exactly know why they're using all these different systems. I do think it's cool how they're using 3D graphics on the GBA, PS2 graphics on DS, etc, even if for certain scenes. I've no doubt they're going to use the PS3 for the next big one (like KH1, KH2). They might also do an HD version of the previous games. Square announced a remastering of FFX for the PS3.

I could dig that :3 FFX for PS3...Although, if I have to go through this again...



-shiver- But an even bigger gripe against the KH series that I just remembered is this! When you finish one game, it gives you a huge cliffhanger for the next game, which only prolongs the long-awaited KH3!

For example, KH1 cliff-hanged into KH: CoM, which cliff-hanged to KH2, which cliff-hanged to KH3/KH3D/KH BBS.

But that's only the beginning! KH 358/2 Days hinted towards BBS (somewhat), which cliff-hanged to BBS2 and KH3!

Code is probably the real spin-off out of all these KH games. It serves no purpose! However, it does cliff-hang to KH3D >_>

So yeah, that's my biggest gripe in all honesty :3 Hopefully, all this cliff-hanging made some sense.

Also, I swear, I will rage if square enix goes "We shall remaster KH1 and KH2;....then we finally make KH3! (After remastering all the spin-offs, *cough cough*!)"

But one thing for certain is, I have high hopes for FFXIII Versus. Probably not getting it though =P It just looks awesome.
